Education:

Bachelor's degree

Experience:

at least 2 years of lab experience, preferably in an industrial or pilot plant environment

Job Title:

Laboratory Technician

• The lab technician will be supervised by engineers and the lab manager and is expected to independently function within the defined scope.
• Perform lab experiments daily, document and communicate results to support customer-oriented R&D projects.
• Adhere to all safety procedures in conducting daily work, handling chemicals, and operating lab equipment.
• Support customer sample manufacturing in pilot scale.
• Assist shipping and receiving of chemicals.
• Responsible for lab maintenance and inventory.
• Exhibit flexibility and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Contribute ideas that improve safety, efficiency, and the overall effectiveness of the laboratory and team.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree
• Experience:
  
  at least 2 years in a lab environment (industrial or pilot plant preferred)
• Skills:
  
  Wet chemistry skills; basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); good oral and written communication
• Experience with semiconductor processing is a plus
• Must be highly organized, team-oriented, and able to adapt to priority changes regularly
