Location: Hillsboro, Oregon
Pay: $34+/hour + shift differential
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
Monthly Bonus: When company-wide sales goals are met
Available Schedules:
- Day Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Night Shift: Monday-Thursday | 4:15 p.m. – 2:45 a.m.
- Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday | 5:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
A written skills test for CNC 5‑Axis Mills will be conducted during the interview.
Who We Are: We are a locally owned manufacturing company specializing in metal fabrication, design, sawing, manual machining, and high‑precision multi‑axis machining. We proudly design and manufacture all of our products in the United States.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate CNC 5-axis horizontal mills with multiple pallets.
- Inspect first‑run parts and collaborate with Quality Control to make adjustments.
- Monitor in‑process parts to ensure consistent quality.
- Create fixtures and clamps as needed for specific jobs.
- Machine parts to blueprint specifications.
- Perform secondary operations such as tapping, deburring, and finishing.

What You Need to Have:
- 3‑5+ years of experience operating CNC 5‑axis mills.
- Experience with Fanuc controls (Siemens Celos preferred).
- Strong blueprint reading skills.
- Ownership of personal precision measuring tools.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to follow written instructions accurately.
- Ability to lift 20+ lbs regularly.
