Pay Rate: $29.36 per hour

Shift: 3rd Shift (Training schedule 6 am–2 pm; After training: 6 pm–3 am Mon‑Thu, 6 pm–10 pm Fri; OT as requested by Manager)

• Color matches and re‑matches
• Manufacture ink batches for print jobs
• Press side technical assistance
• Maintain customer ink inventory
• File ink usage reports
• Attend production meetings and other customer meetings as required
• Other technical issues needed by customer:
  Ink training, ink improvements, cost reductions, etc.
• Additional quality control and reporting functions as requested
• Maintain customer color on press during production runs
• Work with internal and external customers through the pre‑flight and customer approval process

• Goal oriented
• Good communication skills
• Good math skills
• Desire to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
• At least two years’ experience with flexographic printing inks preferred
• Knowledge of and previous experience with ink color matching and press side trouble shooting is preferred
• Experience in pre‑printed liner applications is highly desirable
