Schedule: Compressed Work Week
Pay Rate: $18 - $19 Hourly (depending on shift placement)
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Position Type: Full Time

• Perform daily maintenance tasks in a semiconductor cleanroom environment.
• Perform preventative maintenance or troubleshooting on customer equipment.
• Adhere to customer facility standard operating procedures with a focus on safety, quality, and effective team communication.
• Wear required cleanroom, respirator, or other personal protective equipment as necessary.
• Use basic hand, power, and customer tools and equipment.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or within a team structure.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs routinely.
• Ability to push 100-200 lbs work carts.
• Ability to support a 12‑hour day or night compressed work schedule.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

• 1-2 years semiconductor manufacturing or related experience.

May be required to walk up to 5+ miles per day, be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time, bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, use a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
