Shift: Compressed Work Schedule
Pay Rate: $19 - $22 Hourly DOE
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual inspections, respond to equipment error messages per customer direction.
- Follow SOPs to perform preventive maintenance: clean sensors and interface surfaces, replace worn components, and calibrate alignment systems.
- Maintain air and nitrogen systems: check filtration units, purge nitrogen lines, and validate purge cycles for compliance.
- Monitor robotic transfers between process tools to ensure smooth operation.
- Document all maintenance activities and system checks for compliance.
- Update inventory of shark cages, utility cages, etc.
- Perform area safety and cleanliness walks.
Requirements:
- Required Min 6 months on any semiconductor toolset.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on experience in disassembly and assembly of semiconductor tools.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, including etching, deposition, and lithography systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
Physical Effort/Activities
:
May be required to walk up to 5+ miles per day, be on feet for 8‑10 hours at a time, bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
