Shift: Compressed Work Schedule

Pay Rate: $19 - $22 Hourly DOE

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual inspections, respond to equipment error messages per customer direction.
• Follow SOPs to perform preventive maintenance: clean sensors and interface surfaces, replace worn components, and calibrate alignment systems.
• Maintain air and nitrogen systems: check filtration units, purge nitrogen lines, and validate purge cycles for compliance.
• Monitor robotic transfers between process tools to ensure smooth operation.
• Document all maintenance activities and system checks for compliance.
• Update inventory of shark cages, utility cages, etc.
• Perform area safety and cleanliness walks.

Requirements:

• Required Min 6 months on any semiconductor toolset.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on experience in disassembly and assembly of semiconductor tools.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, including etching, deposition, and lithography systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.

Physical Effort/Activities
:
May be required to walk up to 5+ miles per day, be on feet for 8‑10 hours at a time, bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
