Service Now Program Manager

Duration: 5+ Months Contract plus Extensions

Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project oriented work efforts. Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for Technology Transformation Services to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations. This role requires solid experience and understanding of the Service Now Platform. This role is responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review;

and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately using the Service Now Application tool.

It is crucial that there is a clear hands on knowledge of Service Now software development and configuration to meet client requirements.

• Must have experience working within Service Now managing projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required. Typically has 10 to 15 years of IT work experience, including four or more years managing projects.
