Our client, a leading organization in the technology support industry, is seeking a Help Desk Technician 2 to join their team. As a Help Desk Technician 2, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting a global user base. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Hillsboro, OR
Pay Rate: Up to $45/hour
Shift: Day shift
What's the Job?
- Provide end-user support and incident resolution for desktop, application, network, and peripheral issues across Windows and modern endpoint environments.
- Serve as a primary escalation point for Level 2/3 support, delivering in-person, remote, and hybrid assistance to global end-users.
- Support collaboration technologies including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, MFDs, and conferencing AV hardware.
- Deploy, configure, and manage devices using enterprise endpoint-management platforms such as Intune, Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, MDM/MAM.
- Maintain hardware lifecycle, asset management, and perform system upgrades to optimize device performance and security.
What's Needed?
- Basic understanding of endpoint management platforms and device configuration.
- Experience troubleshooting workstation, application, and network issues.
- Knowledge of security tools including anti-malware, EDR/XDR, Bit Locker, MFA, and compliance policies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to respond promptly to incidents and requests via multiple channels.
