Touch Services Technician

We’re looking for an experienced Touch Services Technician to support factory computing systems, including Win Client devices and ROC workstations. In this hands-on role, you’ll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support Windows deployments, and work closely with IT and engineering teams to keep factory operations running smoothly.

• Troubleshoot and repair Windows-based hardware and software issues
• Support imaging, configuration, and deployment of Win Client systems
• Diagnose issues at the system, module, and component level
• Partner with IT Networks, Windows, Service Desk, and PI teams
• Help manage parts inventory, ordering, and equipment disposal
• Document work and provide clear updates to stakeholders
• Support ongoing factory operations and special projects
• Work in a cleanroom environment as needed

• 3–5 years of hands-on technical support experience
• Experience with Windows imaging and deployment
• Solid Windows troubleshooting skills (Windows 7, 8, 10)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working onsite in a factory environment
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
• Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Cleanroom experience is a plus, but not required
