We’re looking for an experienced Touch Services Technician to support factory computing systems, including Win Client devices and ROC workstations. In this hands‑on role, you’ll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support Windows deployments, and work closely with IT and engineering teams to keep factory operations running smoothly.

• Troubleshoot and repair Windows-based hardware and software issues
• Support imaging, configuration, and deployment of Win Client systems
• Diagnose issues at the system, module, and component level
• Partner with IT Networks, Windows, Service Desk, and PI teams
• Help manage parts inventory, ordering, and equipment disposal
• Document work and provide clear updates to stakeholders
• Support ongoing factory operations and special projects
• Work in a cleanroom environment as needed

• 3–5 years of hands‑on technical support experience
• Experience with Windows imaging and deployment
• Solid Windows troubleshooting skills (Windows 7, 8, 10)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working onsite in a factory environment
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
• Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Cleanroom experience is a plus, but not required
