Job Title: PRN/ On Call Caregiver
Location: The Springs at Tanasbourne, 1950 NE 102nd Ave, Hillsboro, OR 97006
Reports To: Health Services Supervisor
Pay Range: Up to $20.00 per hour | DOP
Schedule DetailsShift Options:
- Day Shift: 06:00 am - 02:15 pm
- Swing Shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:15 p.m.
- NOC
Shift: 10:00 p.m.
- 06:15 a.m.
PRN / On-Call Requirements:
- Pick up at least two full shifts per month to maintain PRN status
- Choose from available shifts that fit your schedule

What You’ll Do- Build meaningful relationships with residents and provide care that feels personal
- Assist with daily living activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Help with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Support emotional well-being and behavior management
- Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
- Offer companionship and engage in activities with residents
- Record care activities and report any changes in condition to the supervisor
