$5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. This position will be working 24 hours/week on weekdays day shift.
Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team and is responsible for home care coordination.

Required Qualifications- Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart within 30 days of hire.
- Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant License upon hire or California Occupational Therapist Assistant License upon hire - if working in this location.
- 1 year experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.

BenefitsPosted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
