Job Summary

Hand Occupational Therapist—Outpatient at PHC Reeds Crossing-Hillsboro (Full‑time, day schedule). Compensation includes a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible rehires and external hires who meet qualifications and payment conditions.

Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient’s special physical or age‑related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual functional level and potential.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient’s special physical or age‑related needs, and develop treatment plans to promote independence.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Specialized Occupational Therapy training or equivalent education/experience to meet department needs.
  • Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS—American Heart Association certification upon hire.
