Overview

Make a difference every day in the lives of the underserved right here in Jefferson Co, MO! Join a treatment team in Hillsboro with a mission driven organization with a people first culture! In this role, you will be working with youth and adults in an office-based setting.

• Be part of treatment court team that helps individuals in recovery
• Provide consumer-driven substance use and mental health services (individual, group, and family therapy; skills and educational groups) to adults
• Promote the recovery model of treatment including harm-reduction, trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness and spirituality/connectedness.
• Refer and link clients to community resources.
• Provide services in the community as needed.
• Demonstrate skill building in evidence based practices such as trauma-informed care (TIC), development stages, Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET).

Requires Master's Degree and provisional licensure in Missouri. Must have valid driver's license, private auto insurance, and be insurable. Requires basic computer skills including Office 365 and an electronic medical record.

The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $44,400 - $50,575 annual salary. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.
