Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our Hillsboro, United States location! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to our company's success.
Responsibilities- Provide friendly and professional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment for team members and customers
- Assist in food preparation and ensure product quality meets our high standards
- Manage inventory and organize supplies effectively
- Operate various equipment within the store
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with team members to create a fun and exciting atmosphere for customers
- Uphold and represent our brand image with pride and professionalism
- Must be {AGE} years of age or older
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and counting change
- Positive, upbeat attitude with a customer-focused mindset
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment
