Position Overview

We are seeking a personable, ethical, and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. This role is vital in supporting our clients’ insurance needs and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
  • Provide accurate information about insurance products and services offered by the agency
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain detailed and organized client records
  • Collaborate with agents and team members to resolve client inquiries and issues
  • Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in handling client information
  • Support daily office operations and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ethical standards and professionalism
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in insurance or a related field, is a plus
  • Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software
