Summary

The Receptionist will assist with day-to-day tasks in an office environment. Duties will range from answering phone calls with a customer service mindset, sorting/delivering mail, ordering/putting away office supplies, and other office administrative tasks as needed. An opportunity to learn what is involved in the day-to-day operations of a growing business. The receptionist shift is 9am – 5:30pm.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service for all incoming calls and transfer them accordingly.
  • Ordering and putting away office supplies for our different divisions and locations.
  • Sorting mail daily.
  • Preparing outgoing shipments.
  • Traveling between locations to deliver mail and supplies.
  • Coverage of another receptionist when needed.
  • Miscellaneous tasks could be assigned (cleaning, helping with shuttles and flights, shredding documents, driving to the post office, etc.).
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience providing customer service.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must be able to bend and lift 25lbs as needed, to put miscellaneous office supplies away.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as answering phone calls, e-mails, spreadsheets, and managing files and records and other office procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
