StatusFull-Time - Monday through Friday.
Compensation$22.00 - $24.00 Hourly
Job Responsibilities- Collaborate with vendors, sub-contractors, customers, and sales team members on multiple projects at any time
- Oversee projects across multiple markets to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all visitors
- Process deposits and final payments for projects assigned
- Coordinate office supply orders and vendor management
- Provide general clerical and administrative support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines
