Chiropractic Assistant​/Receptionist

Overview

Immediate Opening Full-time Hillsboro Chiropractic office. We need an energetic, organized person with a healthy lifestyle to help us serve our community. We will fully train you to become a Chiropractic Assistant.

• Our ideal candidate loves meeting and connecting with new people, has high energy and is results-oriented. Previous Marketing/Sales experience is a PLUS, but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, billing, coding for insurance
• Professionally answering phone calls, responding to emails, ordering supplies, and sorting mail
• Taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examination, and administering care as directed by the Chiropractor
• Greeting patients with a positive, helpful attitude, checking them in, filling out intake forms, obtaining insurance information, and educating patients about treatment methods
• Monitoring equipment and supplies, keeping examination rooms clean, and assisting with screening assessments

• Full-time: 30-40 hours per week
• Hourly pay + free chiropractic and massage care
• Health insurance and 401k match
