Our client, a leader in the lumber industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support & Inventory Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth sales operations and accurate inventory management. It is a temporary role with the possibility of temp to hire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order tracking, and processing work orders.
  • Generate invoices and verify order acknowledgements.
  • Receive, inspect, and tag all incoming products.
  • Coordinate and execute quarterly inventory counts.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication across departments.
    • Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting sales teams (experience in lumber sales is a strong plus).
  • At least 3 years of experience in receiving or inventory coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and 10-key data entry.
    • Additional Information

    Salary range: $24.00/hr - $25.00/hr
