Role Description

This is a role based in Hillsboro, OH, with opportunities to work remotely part-time. The Counselor will provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet clients' specific needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, maintaining client records in compliance with ethical standards, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The Counselor will also participate in continuing education and contribute to fostering a supportive environment within the practice.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling skills, including individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and creating personalized treatment plans
• Effective communication and active listening skills
• Knowledge of ethical practices and ability to maintain accurate client records
• Experience in mental health care or related fields
• State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPCC), Counselor Trainee (CT) or equivalent
• Master's degree in Counseling
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
• Familiarity with teletherapy methods and remote counseling techniques is a plus
