As a Wound Nurse | LPN you will be responsible for the community’s general application of the skin management program. You will deliver safe, efficient, and effective treatment to heal various types of wounds, including surgical openings, ulcers, bed sores, feeding tube sites, and abscesses. You will assess wounds, create and implement treatment plans, monitor infections and signs of infection, and clean wounds.

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• The state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Prior wound care experience (required)
• Minimum of one year of experience providing specialized treatments in an LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
• Professional image in appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
