Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Mill Run Health & Rehabilitation Center
Optalis Health & Rehabilitation Centers offers base pay of $28.00/hr - $30.00/hr, with a sign‑on bonus and an attendance bonus. Positions are available for night shift, day shift, full‑time, part‑time, and weekend opportunities.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Mill Run Care Center you will ensure that residents receive appropriate personal care and attain their optimum level of functioning. You will build trusting relationships with residents and family members that make a difference on a daily basis.
Qualifications- Current LPN license with IV certification in Ohio
- Current CPR certification
- Prior experience with Point Click Care preferred
- Excellent communication skills
Effective 1/1/2025, the benefit package remains competitive. The schedule includes night shift, day shift, full‑time or part‑time, and weekend shifts.
