Machine Operation:
Load aluminum and steel extrusions into automated production machines for punching, notched cutting, and metal manipulation.;
Quality Control:
Inspect finished components to ensure all holes and bends meet exact engineering specifications and architectural tolerances.;
Material Handling:
Manually move and position metal extrusions; ensure a steady flow of material to maintain production targets.;
Maintenance:
Perform basic daily machine housekeeping and alert maintenance teams to any mechanical irregularities.;
Safety Adherence:
Maintain a clean workspace and strictly follow all PPE and OSHA safety guidelines.
