Position OverviewThe Regional Manager is responsible for the full spectrum of retail store management within a designated region. Duties include overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, recruiting and developing talent across sales, service, and management teams, implementing strategic sales initiatives, and maintaining a customer‑oriented culture across all locations.
What You Will Be Doing- Attract and retain top talent by partnering with the talent acquisition team and zone leadership; proactively anticipate staffing changes, new store openings, acquisitions, and growth opportunities.
- Utilize available tools to maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates.
- Ensure the right talent is in the right seat and maintain a culture of continuous learning and retirement readiness for all team members.
- Develop team members by ensuring 100% compliance with non‑negotiables and processes, providing performance feedback, and resolving concerns in partnership with the assigned HR Business Partner.
- Guarantee smooth and efficient operations by collaborating with store teams to enforce policies, recommend improvements, and conduct regular store visits and audits.
- Communicate across all levels, ensuring proper delivery of information to stores, escalating issues promptly, and handling or delegating customer concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Control expenses by managing the payroll budget, assessing talent needs, staying within budget, and protecting company assets and inventory.

- Strong operational background.
- Valid driver's license.
