Organizational Change Management (OCM) Communications Specialist – SAP Implementation

Location: You will have the flexibility to work fully remote from anywhere across the United States.

Duration: 12-18 months

As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Communications Specialist with Insight, you will execute the communication strategy and support the successful adoption of SAP systems, including S/4

HANA. We will count on you to collaborate closely with project teams, business leaders, and change agents to drive awareness, understanding, and commitment across all stakeholder groups. Along the way, you will create clear, engaging, and targeted messaging aligned to project milestones and change objectives.

As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Communications Specialist, you will get to:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive communication plan aligned with SAP project milestones and OCM objectives.
• Identify stakeholder groups and tailor messaging to address their specific needs and concerns.
• Create and manage communication collateral including newsletters, FAQs, executive toolkits, talking points, and digital content.
• Manage multiple communication channels to ensure timely, consistent, and effective messaging.

• 3–5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management communications, preferably supporting large-scale ERP implementations.
• Strong familiarity with SAP systems and business processes, with S/4
  
  HANA experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and email platforms.
• Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
