Overview
Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between the office and all outside parties. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into the system, and filing and maintaining patient medical records.

- Welcome patients
- Register patients
- Gather insurance information and check demographics
- Soft collections
- Answering incoming calls
- EPIC
- Education:
High school graduate or equivalent - Licensure/Certification: N/A
- Experience:
One to two years of medical office experience preferred - Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
- Basic computer skills required
