Availability between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday through Friday; NO WEEKENDS

Must be comfortable traveling between office locations

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer‑focused Patient Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

+ Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive statement

+ Guide new patients through required paperwork and serve as a resource for any questions

+ Perform patient registration with accuracy and attention to detail

+ Complete insurance authorizations and verifications

+ Collect co‑pays and ensure accurate payment posting

+ Deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the phone

+ Maintain professionalism while multitasking in a fast‑paced environment

Required

Skills & Qualifications

+ 1+ year of experience in a medical front desk, general front desk, or customer service role

+ Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette and patient communication

+ Ability to multitask and manage a heavy workload efficiently

+ Strong computer skills and comfort with learning new systems

+ Reliable, punctual, and able to work anywhere between 7 AM and 7 PM

+ Comfortable traveling between office locations as needed

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hilliard, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
