This is a full-time on-site position located in Hilliard, OH, for a Construction Supervisor. The Construction Supervisor will oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include managing teams, inspecting job sites, implementing construction safety measures, and ensuring clear communication with project stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires managing timelines, ensuring accurate execution of plans, and addressing any challenges that arise during construction.

• Supervisory skills and site supervision experience, including managing teams and ensuring project timelines are met.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members, vendors, and clients.
• Proficiency in inspection processes to ensure construction standards and specifications are properly followed.
• Knowledge of construction safety protocols and ability to enforce a safe working environment.
• Proven problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of outdoor construction or pool-related projects is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in construction management or related fields are an advantage.
