About the Role

As our MT Account Manager, you’ll manage relationships with maintenance clients after the sale. From property walks to project follow-up, you’ll ensure our services meet expectations, and when issues arise, you’ll solve them with urgency and care. You’ll also spot upsell opportunities, contribute to financial performance, and drive account growth with confidence.

This role is deeply collaborative, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who thrives in a client-facing, goal-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication and in-person property walks
  • Manage service delivery by coordinating with design, build, and operations teams
  • Resolve client concerns and escalate when necessary, fast and professionally
  • Renew contracts and onboard new accounts
  • Identify and propose enhancement opportunities
  • Support budgeting, invoicing, and financial performance (Revenue, RPH, Gross Profit)
  • Track KPIs and CRM activity
  • Participate in training, company initiatives, and leadership development

Qualifications

  • 4+years of experience in landscape maintenance, account management, or customer service
  • Solid understanding of horticulture, plant health care, and seasonal landscape needs
  • Comfortable conducting property walks and identifying potential enhancements or issues
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with estimating, proposals, or CRM tools is a plus
