Wash Tech

Founded in 2017, Clear Shift set out to change the car buying experience and chart a new path in the automotive industry. We are in the people business.

The Wash Tech is responsible for washing and prepping vehicles as a part of the detail process.

• Track and monitor flow of vehicles in the detail process
• Effectively utilize the on-site car wash, or necessary tools and equipment based on location to wash exterior of vehicles
• Work with the Detail team and/or Inventory Coordinator to queue prepped vehicles
• Assist in stocking and maintaining supplies in the Detail shop
• Assist with overall cleanliness of the Detail shop.
• Model and demonstrate Clear Shift Core Values in all aspects of the role.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to drive safely.
• Ability to maintain basic logs and records.
• Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision.
• Able to remain professional and courteous at all times.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Sitting, standing, walking, including getting in and out of vehicles.

Driving vehicles regularly.

Able to work inside and outside in various weather conditions.
