We are looking for a Level 3 Program Planner to support a one‑of‑a‑kind Cross Business Area campaign that exemplifies our commitment to our OneLM Strategy. The Planner will thrive in a dynamic environment and lead by example, influencing and fostering collaboration for impactful results.

• Serve as the lead Planner for a program
• Develop, manage, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in order to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner
• Ensure established program baseline control processes are followed and oversee business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting goals
• Use critical path methodology, risk analysis, and problem resolution to mitigate delays/issues that arise, communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable program partners
• Synchronize cost/schedule integration in support of Earned Value requirements and generate schedule metrics and reports related to the implementation of the Program
• Conduct schedule presentations which may include Program Management, Executive Management, or Customer Stakeholders
• Develop recovery plans to ensure program milestones are completed in accordance with the contract requirements
• Work with cross‑functional teams to maintain and coordinate vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the IMS, and the Program Summary Master Schedule

Our level 3 employees typically have 5‑10 years of experience.

• 5‑10 years of planning experience
• Experience with networked schedules, schedule integrity checks, and critical path methodology
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Open Plan or another comparable scheduling tool
• Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
• Demonstrated ability to compile, prepare and present information to management and customers

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Extensive Microsoft Project Server or Open Plan experience
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Leadership qualities and desires
• Strong influencing and relationship skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
• Ability to liaise with, speak and present effectively to personnel at all levels of the organization
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Strong sense of follow‑up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality
