• Manages subordinate teams overseeing supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate‑to‑high‑risk, modified Commercial Off the Shelf, performance specification and complex build‑to‑print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs.
• Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams.
• Directs contract administration.
• Coordinates subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

• Excellent customer serviceability, problem‑solving skills and enterprise mindset.
• Aptitude for leadership skills and behaviors that align with Full Spectrum Leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of the acquisition process, LMAP compliance and subcontract closures.
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve conflict and problems; demonstrated successful project/team leadership assignments.
• Effective relationship‑building skills with peers, leadership and internal/external customers.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm and ability to work collaboratively with the team.
