Location

Denver, CO, Sunnyvale, CA, or Huntsville, AL (office only, no teleworking).

Responsibilities
  • Manages subordinate teams overseeing supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate‑to‑high‑risk, modified Commercial Off the Shelf, performance specification and complex build‑to‑print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs.
  • Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams.
  • Directs contract administration.
  • Coordinates subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
