A residential community organization located in Highlands Ranch is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its accomplished maintenance team. This role includes completing routine repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience operating mechanical equipment and performing building repairs. A valid driver's license is required. This position offers a competitive pay range of USD $25.18 - $31.48 per hour.
