- Bachelor s degree in Physical Therapy required.
- Preferred:
Master s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. - Preferred:
Oncology rehab experience. - CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
This position is intended for a physical therapist with interest and experience in outpatient oncology rehabilitation. The therapist will provide care to individuals undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment, with an emphasis on breast cancer. Desired skills include management of cancer-related impairments such as lymphedema, pain, fatigue, decreased strength, range of motion limitations, and functional decline. Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) is preferred but not required;
training and mentorship may be available for the right candidate.

- Assess and Diagnose:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients physical conditions. - Develop and Implement Treatment Plans:
Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques. - Educate and instruct patients:
Provide thorough education to patients and their families to empower them in their recovery and promote long-term well-being.
