Caregiver​/Personal Care Specialist

Join Senior Helpers as a Caregiver / Personal Care Specialist in Littleton, Colorado. You will provide compassionate support to seniors, ensuring their dignity and independence.

$18.00/hr – $22.50/hr (includes weekend differentials and mileage for select shifts)

• Maintain open communication with seniors, families, and staff
• Provide personal care: bathing, mobility assistance, transferring, incontinence care, medication reminders, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting
• Offer companionship, conversation, light housekeeping, errand services, grocery shopping, transportation, laundry
• Assist with grooming, dressing, recreational activities, mail organization, and any other tasks delegated by family or staff

• High School diploma or GED
• Age 18 or older
• Pass a background check
• Legal identification and proof of authorization to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, ability to arrive on time
• Proficient with caregiver mobile app and documentation system

• At least one-year professional caregiving experience (not required)
• Ability to transport clients safely in a vehicle
