Position: Mental Health Therapist (Afternoon/Evening)

Overview

Ellie Mental Health is seeking professional counselors, social workers, and marriage & family therapists to join our outpatient team in Littleton, CO and Highlands Ranch, CO. Location & Schedule

Locations:
Littleton, Colorado & Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Availability:
Afternoon–Evening (12:00 pm – 7:00 pm).

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes per company policy.
  • Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to help close gaps in community mental health access.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session according to company guidelines and protocol.
  • Maintain required billable hours per week (minimum 12; 25 billable hours per week for benefit-eligible clinicians).
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, other Ellie staff, and school personnel as needed.
  • Attend and participate in clinical consultations and trainings.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in the designated field.
  • Clinical licensure registration with the Colorado Division of Professions and Occupations (DORA).
  • Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical case notes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation promptly (same day/next day).
  • Comfortable working with a diverse client base.
  • Proficient with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).

  • Compensation: hourly plus commission; approximately $56,000–$80,000 per year
