Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Infant Nurse Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for providing excellence in care and customer service in infant classrooms, while also coaching and mentoring less experienced teachers. We seek a passionate, dedicated Infant Lead to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for infants to learn, play and grow
  • Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions
  • Support your center's success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly
Qualifications
  • Have a genuine passion for the education and care of infants?
  • Have one year of professional experience as an Infant Lead (preferred) or six months of professional experience working with infants in a childcare setting?
  • Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or high school diploma/GED (required)
