As an athletic coach with Douglas County School District, you will be responsible for organizing and implementing a successful program. You must demonstrate the ability to develop a competitive program that fosters student athletes who excel academically, possess strong fundamental skills, and showcase sportsmanship. The successful candidate will collaborate with administrators, teachers, coaches, sponsors, students, parents, and community members to ensure the school stands out with pride.

• Develop and run training programs for the girls’ track team.
• Coordinate team practices, meets, and events.
• Manage team logistics, equipment, and communication with stakeholders.

Previous coaching experience preferred.

• Minimum Hire Rate: $0.01 USD (Stipend)
• Maximum Hire Rate: $5,000.00 USD (Stipend)
• Full Salary Range: $0.01 USD – $10,000.00 USD (Stipend)
• All salary amounts listed above are based on a full‑time (1.0) FTE. Part‑time salaries will be prorated according to the assigned FTE.

This position is eligible for voluntary 401(k), 403(b) and 457 retirement plans.
