We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience

As a Lead Teacher, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that supports children’s learning, growth, and development while implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities

• Collaborate with center leadership and team members to support enrollment and engagement goals
• Ensure compliance with Colorado Shines and Colorado Child Care Licensing regulations

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one (1) year of professional early childhood teaching experience required.
• PDIS Level 2 or higher
• Ability to meet all Colorado Office of Early Childhood Licensing requirements, including background checks and required trainings
• Genuine passion for early childhood education and care
