• Learn and become knowledgable about our vehicles, company, and services
• Follow the company handbook, adhere to policy, and correct implementation
• Have basic computer skills (Microsift Excel, Office, etc.) and smartphone skills which can be built upon
• Have the desire to succeed in cusomter orientated retail
• Have a reliable and commited work ethic without absenteeism
• Project a friendly, approachable, and customer focused demeanor
• Present new / used vehicles to customers in an informative manner
• Explain vehicle performance, technology and safety features
• Gather and maintain customer information for sales and follow up in the future
• Build and maintain an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage repeat business

• Working with a staff comprised of multiple #1 and top 5 volume sales consultants in the region with no turnover
• Working with a management team which has been in place for almost 20 years with no turnover
• State of the art technology to acquire, maintain, and satisfy a growing customer base
• Multiple training techniques, one on one coaching, and a proven sales system
• Community involvement with several current championed causes (Habitat For Humanity, Humane Society, etc.)
• Upcoming faciltiy upgrades and the addition of Hummer EV this year
