We’re hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead with purpose, support a talented team of RBTs, and provide top-quality ABA services to the children who count on us most.

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop personalized plans of care.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in their daily practice.
• Ensure fidelity in behavior plan implementation and provide hands-on guidance.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes.
• Complete documentation that is accurate, ethical, and efficient—not overwhelming.
• Provide caregiver education and training to promote real-world skill generalization.

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Pediatric or outpatient ABA experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and supervision skills
