Your Role:As a Night Cosmetology Teacher, you will inspire and mentor students during evening classes, focusing on developing their skills in hair, skin, and nail care. You will design and implement engaging lesson plans, while providing hands‑on training and fostering a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and deliver informative lessons that align with state standards and Tricoci University's curriculum
- Conduct practical demonstrations and actively engage students in hands‑on learning experiences
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote growth and improvement
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect and collaboration
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques to enrich classroom instruction
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development initiatives
- Make a significant impact on the lives of future beauty professionals
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of educators in a supportive environment

Qualifications:
- Valid Cosmetology License required in the state of Indiana
- Valid Cosmetology Teacher License required in the state of Indiana
- Experience in the cosmetology industry is essential
- Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for educating and guiding future beauty professionals
- Flexibility to teach evening classes, demonstrating commitment to student success
Monday through Friday 5:00–10:00 pm CST

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00 /hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job‑related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
