Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team in Highland, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Efficiently manage and oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts
- Lead and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
- Handle financial transactions and manage cash flow accurately
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist in training and developing new team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Process customer orders via phone and in-person with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving store performance
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering as needed
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business management is a plus
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
