Overview
HSHS St Joseph's Hospital is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical (Med Surg) unit or our Emergency Department (ED/ER).

Highland, IL - Sign on Bonus: up to $20,000 for select RN positions
- Compensation: pay rate based on experience and qualifications; pay range $30.50 - $46.80
Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge in a fast-paced environment. Patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including those preparing for surgery, recovering from surgical procedures, experiencing acute illnesses or injuries, or managing chronic health issues that do not require specialized care, essentially attending to most patients admitted to a hospital at some point during their stay.

- Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare is preferred.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
- Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
