Patient Care Assistant – PRN (As Needed)

St. Joseph’s Hospital Highland & Holy Family Greenville, Highland, IL 62249

Under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, provide direct and non‑direct patient care within scope of practice. Understand and respond effectively to the unique needs of all patients and work collaboratively with the entire healthcare team to deliver safe patient care.

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Minimum one year of experience in an acute care setting (preferred)
• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or PCT (Patient Care Technician) certification in the state of practice (preferred)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required within 30 days of hire
