Therapist QMHP Child & Adolescent Bilingual BH (54348)
The Association for Individual Development (AID) is a non‑profit organization whose mission is to empower people with physical, developmental, intellectual, mental health challenges; those who have suffered a trauma; and those at risk, to enjoy lives of dignity and purpose.
$1,000 Sign on Bonus
Schedule: 9‑6, some evenings required
Responsibilities- Provide counseling and case management services to a caseload of primarily child or adolescent clients diagnosed with mental illness.
- Work with a team of behavioral health service providers within the agency.
- Maintain attendance at scheduled work hours, including evening hours.
- Provide effective individual, couples, family, and group counseling for adult or child clients.
- Complete clinical assessments that meet program funders and applicable administrative rules.
- Deliver medically necessary case management services.
- Complete required documentation (IM+CANS, encounter records, consents) on time.
- Meet minimum service provision/billing standards.
- Acquire and maintain required certifications and trainings.
- Abide by AID’s Code of Ethics, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain professional judgment and performance regardless of personal issues.
- Fluent written and verbal Spanish and English.
- Promote awareness and respect for the diversity of clients, employees, families and stakeholders.
- $1,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time employees.

- Master’s degree in a human services field.
- Licensing/
Certifications:
LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW (preferred). - Some clinical experience with children or adolescents (required).
- Fluent verbal and written Spanish and English.
- Computer with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications.
- Copy machine; telephone with voice mail system.
- Complete CEU’s required to maintain clinical licensure.
- Flexibility to work evening hours.
- Use of personal automobile and maintain automobile liability insurance as defined by AID’s personnel policies.
- Maintain valid Illinois driver’s license and meet insurance carrier driving record standards.
