* Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently

* Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications

* Process cash and credit card transactions with precision

* Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety standards

* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

* Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness

* Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

* Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs as needed

Qualifications

* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

* Strong communication abilities, particularly in phone interactions

* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

* Ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures

* Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed

* Multitasking skills to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently

* Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues

* Attention to detail in order preparation and customer interactions

* Basic computer skills for operating ordering systems

* Food service experience is a plus, but not required

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
