Additional Compensation: Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35/hr to $3.00/hr based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Meat/Produce associates keep the Fresh area fully stocked. They rotate product, maintain proper food‑safety standards, and after moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
