• Provide guests with a positive first and last impression of the Applebee's restaurant.
• Make recommendations and anticipate the needs of the guest.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Assist with daily operations and support team members as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective communication skills.
• Commitment to making a positive impact on guests and the business.

• Exert well‑paced mobility for long periods up to four (4) hours.
• Retrieve, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds safely.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen around 30 times per shift.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Wearing protective hand coverings throughout the shift.
• Convenient use of disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
• Wearing protective face coverings and masks through the shift.
• Frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
