Must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four hours in length. Must safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds. Must speak clearly, listen attentively, transport plates, glasses, and baskets throughout the dining room, service bar, and kitchen, and wear protective coverings as required.
